Sales Support Clerk/Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, record sales order from customers
Handle purchase orders placed by customers
Handle sales agenda and update CRM
Responsible for day to day duty that assigned by supervisor
Communicate and coordinate sales between sales department and customers
Provide full clerical support for the sales department
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
May be required to work overtime occasionally
Candidates whom have previous sales experience are welcomed to apply
