Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Answering and transferring of phonecalls
• Basic Bookkeeping & filing
• Data entry & database management
• Administrative support for other departments
• Basic ordering and sourcing
• Logistics coordination
• Perform admin-related tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
You are likely to have the following qualities:
• Min. GCE O-Level qualification
• Highly disciplined & willing to learn
• Able to receive instructions & follow protocols well
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good organization skills & meticulous
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Good team player with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Others:
• 18 months renewable contract
• 5½-day week
• Non-smoker, non-drinker, no tattoos
• Candidates with administrative experience, basic Import & Export or Accounting knowledge will have an advantage
• Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
