Servicing & Maintenance Unit
We specialised in installation of Sprinkler System, Dry Riser and Hosereel System. We are also involved with the installation of Chiller pipework and installation of Fan coil and Chiller Pumps.
Fire Protection & Detection Unit
We offers our clients total service solutions like design & build for fire protection services, Submission to FSB, Fire protection installation works, Servicing, repair & maintenance contract, Demolition work for M & E services etc.
Responsibilities
To liaise & co-ordinate with Main Contractor / Sub Contractor on site activities
Attend to site meetings and monitoring of site progress
Coordinating installation, testing and commission at various stages of the project
Provide on-site technical support in various stages of the project
To perform M & E coordination in Building Industry
Assist the project team during tender process, estimating of quantities etc.
To established good relationship with all relevant parties
To ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements
Requirements
Min Diploma or Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or its equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience working in similar industry handling ACMV / HVAC / M & E project
Good knowledge in ACMV / HVAC / M & E services
Able to work independently as a team
Skill : Microsoft word , Excel / AutoCAD
Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
