Admin Assistant Needed Urgently @ Kaki Bukit

Job Scopes:
- Handle customer inquiries friendly and professionally, face-to-face, or via emails and phone calls.
- General administrative duties such as issue daily invoicing, printing, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Requirement:
- Female admin preferred
- Min O
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
- Pleasant, honest, punctual, and quick leaner.
- Some admin experience preferred; fresh without experience but can commit long term may apply too.
