Technician ( Aftersales )

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and commissioning of fitness equipment.
Follow up on investigations and carry out repairs promptly.
Develop and maintain good relations with all customers.
Ensure timely and completeness of execution of pre-scheduled maintenance contracts.
Accurate updates on all field issues in service report and follow up till problem resolve.
Continually upgrade personal skill level and promote teamwork.
Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Electronic.
Min 2-3 years’ experience in IT & Electronic (Hardware & Software Servicing).
Good analytical & interpersonal skills.
Customer oriented.
Ability to work independently when under pressure.
Must be computer literate and well verse with Microsoft Office.
Willing to work 5.5 days week.
Preferably with own transport.
