Project Engineer
Minimum Requirement
• Degree or Diploma in Electronics & IT
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in system integration of Broadcast and AV system
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
Roles & Responsibilities
• Do site visits and understand the customer’s needs by studying the tender specifications, mechanical and layout drawings, etc
• Prepare quotes for small to medium sized projects
• Handle tender inquiries and prepare documentation drawing
• Support Sales team in handling customer’s technical inquiries
• Manage projects related to Broadcast, IT, AV, etc
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors in implementing the sub-contracted jobs
• Ensure handover documents are signed by customers and submit to office
• Co-ordinate with customer with regard to installation, commissioning and training schedules
• Liaise with client on various technical requirements and issues
• Support existing customers with technical issues related to the Maintenance
• Co-ordination with Manufacturer’s and Suppliers for technical support
• Travel to any of the countries in South East Asia for meeting customers, executing projects, etc
Knowledge & Experience
• Knowledge of various brand products related to Broadcast & AV
• Experience of having executed IT based workflow solutions and products
• Working Knowledge of IT hardware and software related to Broadcast & AV
• Any specialized training or certifications received from manufacturers
• Practical knowledge of onsite Installation of various equipment and executing a complete system
• Basic mechanical, electrical knowledge in implementing the project at site
• Conduct product or system training to users
• Prepare cable and connectors list
• Manage a team of technicians and wiremen at installation site
• Proficiency in using PC/ Laptop and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc
• Proficiency in making detailed drawings using Visio, AutoCAD, etc
